How To Calculate the Machine Deckle

Our Machine with is 5600mm, the same gsm and same kind of paper as well as same ply can be cutted together.

The Cutting edge is 100mm(50mm each side), so the machine deckle is 5450-5500mm.

How To Load The Container

Rolls Stand Up On The Floor

If all rolls stack together less than 2570mm, then the rolls can stand up in the container like the picture.Roll diameter is 1150-1170mm

The inner size for the 40HQ is L*W*H=12000*2350*2690mm

Rolls Lay Down On The Floor

If the roll width is not suitable for stand up, such as 1800mm,The roll has to lay down on the floor, like the picture rightside.

Loading Quantity:

12-14gsm toilet paper and facial tissue, can load about 12-13MT/40HQ

13-16 gsm napkins can load about 14-16MT/40HQ

17-20 gsm napkins and towel can load about 18-19MT/HQ

How To Do The Quality Control

There are 2 paper machine from Andritz, which is one of the quickest machine in the world. There are online QC systerms from ABB which can control the cross basis weight and moisture online.

Each Jumbo roll will be tested in the Lab nearby, the test items is Basis weight, Brightness or Whiteness, Tensile for MD and CD, Wather absorption, For toilet paper the dissolve time will be tested. for facial tisuse , napkin and paper towels the Wet strength will also be tested.
